(Senior) Business Analyst

Allianz Digital Health GmbH (ADH) is a Munich, Germany based subsidiary of Allianz SE.

ADH has a dual mission : Developing cloud-based software applications for Health insurance and supporting Allianz units world-wide in optimising their Health insurance business along the value chain.

As a Senior Business Analyst (f / m / d) you strengthen our agile cross-functional product teams with your ability to very quickly analyse business situations and specific product requirements across multiple countries.

You will deliver conceptual designs for our digital product development and ensure alignment between teams. You will support our product owners in managing the product teams by preparing sprint ceremonies as well as aligning product vision and scope with implementation timeline and global rollout roadmap.

Tasks

• Identify and challenge requirements and reflect them in corresponding user stories.
• Derive comprehensive solution concepts for large feature sets.
• Plan and prioritize product features for development.
• Support roadmap planning and progress reporting.
• Ensure products are focused on features with maximum business value in line with the overall company vision.
• Ensure customer and market needs are understood to harmonize product vision and strategy.

Requirements

• You hold a Masters degree (or Bachelor with comparable work experience) in Economics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a similar degree.
• You have extensive experience in requirements analysis and delivering agile projects within international teams.
• Ideally, you are experienced in the (Health) insurance or financial services sector.
• You are a creative thinker with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You never let the team down : High degree of self-organization, ownership, team spirit, decisiveness the ambition to cover a broad range of topics.
• Your communication, presentation and leadership skills are outstanding.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, German language skills are a plus.
