Axiom Recruit is searching for a Web3 Product Marketing Manager who will drive the growth and adoption of our Cross Chain Protocol, bridging several L1 / L2 together.

Your purpose will be to increase daily trading volume. To do this, you will focus on driving engagement and building strategies for messaging and product positioning.

This role is open to the EU or if you’re already based / willing to relocate to Germany that would be a priority.

What We Do

A new Aage cross-chain protocol aiming to be the largest on-chain market for L1. In development for several years and on track for growth with plenty of runway.

Constantly adding new features and chains, for example, now finishing off the Solana project. Proudly have built an innovating and complex protocol while building an engaging and fun working environment vouched for by the team.

What You Will be Responsible For :

• Go-to-Market Strategy : Lead go-to-market strategies for each product launches focusing on adoption.
• Product Positioning & Messaging : Targeted messaging that speaks directly to customers and clients
• Marketing Leadership : Manage and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns, blending creativity with data-driven insights to amplify product visibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Business Development teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing strategies and product features.
• Community Engagement : Actively engage with the Web3 community through content creation, events, and online platforms, building strong brand advocacy.

What Is Expected From You :

• Product Marketing Expertise : Proven experience in developing and executing successful product marketing strategies, leading product launches, go-to-market planning, and driving product adoption.
• Web3 / Blockchain Knowledge : Good understanding of blockchain technology, Web3, and DeFi ecosystems.
• Content Creation Skills : Ability to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Marketing Acumen : Broad experience across various marketing channels, including digital, content, and community engagement.
• EU-based or Germany Location : While we have a fantastic culture, we understand there is exceptional talent globally. If you’re not in Germany or willing to relocate, we are open to hiring someone in the EU.
