Howyou will create an impact :

• You use your expertise to advise and support our customers from different industries in developing artificial-intelligence-driven products.
• You take charge of multiple end-to-end data science projects and their respective project teams, ensuring on-time delivery of deliverables.
• You independently tackle complex problems, formulate innovative solutions, and present well-founded recommendations to our clients.
• You cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their distinct needs and delivering customized solutions.
• You promote the benefits, use cases, and impact of machine learning and AI both internally to senior leadership and externally to our clients.
• In serving as the data science expert on highly innovative and analytical project opportunities, your contribution to business development is significant.
• You act as a mentor to team members, offering constructive feedback to nurture their professional development.
• You actively engage in activities outside of your project work to help build a brand for Simon-Kucher in the analytics community, e.

g., accepting invitations to be a guest speaker, contributing through articles, blog posts, and other forms of thought leadership.

You put your attention to detail to good use by conducting research and observing changes in the advanced analytics market.

About you :

• You possess a minimum of 6 years of extensive consulting or industry experience working in data science.
• You exhibit strong entrepreneurial thinking and a well-established network, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills, including addressing large audiences.
• You showcase a track record of effectively leading strategic projects, managing diverse teams and stakeholders, resulting in successful outcomes.
• You combine robust analytical and conceptual abilities with a keen eye for detail, reflecting a conscientious and dynamic approach.
• In a programming language of your choice (e.g., Python, R), you can demonstrate your skills in modeling.
• Your proficiency in selecting and applying AI and ML methods such as Random Forest, Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, etc., sets you apart.
• You have knowledge of the most common cloud-based machine learning engines.
• You hold an exceptional university degree and are proficient in both business English and German.
