Your responsibilities

• Application and continuous development / improvement of the integrated Uniper project management standard
• Responsible for the implementation of a project based on this standard and supporting the project team in its application
• Definition of project-specific workflows and processes
• Member of the project management team and functional control of the assigned departments (e.g. document and risk management)
• Active search for quality problems and opportunities for improvement
• Organising steering committee meetings
• Interface between project and central Project Management Office
• Training and support of Uniper project managers in governance topics
• Implementing the owner culture in the project management team
• Organisation and implementation of peer reviews / risk workshops and lessons learned workshops

Your profile

• University of applied sciences degree in engineering or project management with a technical and / or commercial background
• Project management expertise and experience in the realisation of technical projects advantageous
• Sound understanding of the complex interrelationships in the field of project management
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to present complex issues concisely
• Strong assertiveness and communication skills in an international environment
• Appreciation of cultural differences
• Knowledge of project management tools and systems desirable
• Willingness to go on business trips
• Fluency in German and English
