Your Job
- Managing IT systems, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, wireless implementations, etc.
- Administration and development of the SAN infrastructure
- Ensuring streamlined operation of the PharmaLex IT systems
- Review, categorization and prioritization of IT tickets from Cencora PharmaLex staff
- Coordination and tracking of ticket resolution
- IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation
- Close collaboration with Team Leader IT and decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization
- Contributions to the design of IT operations and service functions and processes
- Administration of connections to customer systems
- Backup administrator role - Configuring, managing and monitoring of backup solutions, keeping track of backup job results, reporting of backup issues
- Keeping track of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Standardization, management and expansion of the software tool portfolio
- Management and optimization of licenses
- Lifecycle management for hardware and software
- Performing trainings on IT-related SOPs and WIs
- Ensuring compliance with IT security requirements
- Contributions to the maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System
Your Profile
IT Skills and Experience
- At least 10 years relevant work experience, at least partly in a small-and-medium-enterprise environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Technical hands-on Know How in PLx key technologies
- Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server
- Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Entra ID
- Network - Routing - Firewall
- IT Security
- Server virtualization - VMWare
- Practical knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL)
- Overview of current IT infrastructure issues and solutions
- Experience in the cooperation with IT service providers
