We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "HR Transformation & Digital AD Specialist" (m / f / d).

Your tasks :
- Reporting and Analysis of HR KPIs (absenteeism, headcount, bonus, salary review...)
- Authorisations Management
- Participating to HR tools deployments and policies implementation (from business need definition to change plan implementation towards endusers)
- Leading Business Transformation projects linked to legal restructuring or carve in / out regarding tools and HR processes impacts
- HR Process and Policy Deployment
- HR partnering with the business
Your profile :
- Completed studies in the field of Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- HR operational experience, with good knowledge of HR processes and business acumen is necessary
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and SAP
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, workday and Google Sheets would be a plus
- Strong Information management systems skills are required
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and in Stakeholder management
- Fluent in German and English
- An English CV is required!
