Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting a Purchasing & Contract Officer - Administration Department.
The objective of this recruitment is to strengthen the existing team.
The Purchasing & Contract Officer will report to the Administration & Purchasing Manager.
Your responsibilities
- Your daily tasks
- Being the main point of contact with internal departments for all matters relating to purchasing and contracts;
- Managing and monitoring the entire purchasing process;
- Actively participating in negotiations with suppliers;
- Ensuring administrative management, registration and follow-up of contracts;
- Editing and following up renewal and termination letters and amendments;
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to manage any incidents encountered during contract execution;
- Actively monitoring the life cycle of contracts under management;
- Controling the process and verify purchase requisitions;
- Ensuring compliance with purchasing / contracting procedures and work instructions;
- Ensuring compliance of orders / contracts with internal procedures and corporate governance rules;
- Your other missions
- Evaluating suppliers with regard to contractual obligations and performance indicators;
- Carrying out various administrative and logistical tasks as required by the department;
- Participating in the integration of new employees.
The required profile
Studies / training
Bachelor's degree in management, business administration or law
Experience
2 years' experience in a similar purchasing and contract management role
Skills and knowledge required
IT Tools
Mandatory :
- Knowledge of SAP
- Microsoft Office suite
- Languages
Mandatory :
- French : fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- English : operational level in the business (B2 minimum)
- Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
- Excellent writing, reasoning, analysis and synthesis skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to analyze and interpret contractual terms and clauses
- Knowledge of regulations governing public procurement procedures is an asset
