Within Mercedes-Benz AG, Mercedes-Benz Vans is responsible for the Sprinter, Vito and Citan van series, including the electrically powered variants, as well as for the V-Class, EQV, T-Class, EQT and the Marco Polo leisure van

Marco Polo leisure vehicle. The Communications department is part of the Sales and Marketing - Mercedes-Benz Vans division.

Our "Brand Management & Communication Strategy" team is responsible for all topics relating to Mercedes-Benz Vans. We design the brand positioning, derive an annual strategic theme plan from this and

the communication strategies based on this. In addition, we are responsible for the uniform appearance of our brand in all communication channels and ensure that all visual elements comply with our CI / CD guidelines.

We keep these constantly up to date to ensure that the brand always has a contemporary look and feel. On top of this, we are responsible for the nomenclature for all model ranges.

In this context, we advise on and develop new brand and product names according to defined rules and have them legally protected.

In this way, we and our team make a significant contribution to the uniform appearance of Mercedes-Benz Vans both internally and externally

These are some of the challenges you will face :

• You will work on extremely exciting, strategic communication projects for Mercedes-Benz Vans and be very close to the most innovative topics in marketing communication with us
• You support the creation of strategic topic planning and talk to many different specialist departments
• You are actively involved in the development of new brand names and brand-specific terms and can contribute your linguistic flair and creativity
• You will independently advise on and review corporate design requests and contribute to the creation of specific corporate design guidelines
• You support us in the preparation of working and decision-making documents for hierarchies, committees and workshops as well as in their implementation
• You support us in the evaluation of trend, competition and market analyses
• You will have the opportunity to take part in events and get to know / experience the products up close

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, economics with a specialization in marketing, marketing communication, advertising, online media, mobile media or a comparable course of study
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
• Curiosity and communication skills
• Interest in topics related to communication, market research, branding and digitalization
• Affinity for the automotive industry
