Join us as a Sr. Business Development Executive

Take the lead in growing our presence in the German Market by bringing in new opportunities. We're looking for someone with a strong sales mindset, ready to explore new territories and make our mark as a Talent Management leader in Germany.

You'll work closely with our team, reporting to the Commercial Director of BeNeLux-DACH. Together, we collaborate with consultants, HR experts, and support professionals to support our clients across Germany and the BeNeLux-DACH region.

Role Responsibilities

  • Growth : Proactively explore business opportunities within your HR network and respond to incoming leads. Source new prospects, secure appointments, and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Planning : Develop tailored sales plans by analysing markets, researching companies, and crafting engaging messaging. Think strategically and tactically, maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Relationships : Cultivate long-term relationships with existing accounts, strategizing for client success. Provide feedback on lead quality and engage clients in webinars and events.
  • Approach : Work closely with our talented BeNeLux-DACH team and global colleagues to leverage assessment and development expertise.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Close : Prepare precise pitches and proposals, negotiate effectively, and drive deals to successful closure. Articulate our solutions' value to clients while deeply understanding their needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

Client Development :

  • a blend of "hunter" and "farmer" abilities.
  • in proactive client development, identifying new leads, and nurturing lasting partnerships.

Selling Approach :

  • to understand and address clients' talent challenges.
  • tailored solutions that meet client needs effectively.

Acumen and Industry Knowledge :

  • strategic acumen and deep industry understanding.
  • or master’s degree in relevant HR studies, psychology, business studies, or equivalent industry experience. Alternatively, if you have a confident grasp of the necessary knowledge, we encourage you to apply.
  • market complexities with confidence, ensuring strategic approaches.

Experience in Sales Strategy :

  • in sales strategy and client expansion.
  • record of success spanning several years in acquiring new clients and expanding relationships.
  • approach in driving growth and fostering enduring partnerships.

Communication and Multilingual Proficiency :

  • communication skills, adept in negotiation and persuasive promotion of ideas.
  • in both German and English, facilitating impactful interactions and fostering client relationships.

Collaboration :

  • in collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams.
  • dynamics of marketing, sales, customer success, legal, compliance, and more.
  • collaboration and lead initiatives to align departments towards achieving business goals.

  • using Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • of B2B solution buying cycles
