SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - LIFECYCLE & WORKFLOW SOLUTIONS FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT - €110K OTE €220K + EXTENSIVE BENEFITS
- territory is the DACH region (home-based role)
- selling a suite of software for visibility, lifecycle and workflow management of software delivery
- target market is enterprise accounts with large software development teams ( 500+)
- vertical markets include automotive, banking and "digital first" Unicorns
- engage with clients at Head of Software Engineering, CIO level
- typical deal size is between €350K and €700K
- 1st year target circa €1.2m
- sales cycle from 3 to 6 months
- 80% new business development and 20% new business within warm accounts
- support from SDR's, pre-sales and leads from conferences and exhibitions
- report to the EMEA Sales Director
- should have 5 years + experience selling SaaS software solutions to IT departments of enterprise accounts
- new business hunter
- structured, methodical and well prepared
- degree ins IT, engineering or software engineering advantageous but not essential
- based in Germany
