As Legal Counsel (m / f / d) you will support the Business Unit Germany and all respective Fluence functions in managing and mastering their legal challenges, in particular on large-scale projects.

In other words, you will be a lawyer in a broad and customer-facing role and all of us are responsible for great customer service.

The job location for this role is flexible. Your responsibilities : - Supporting on complex tender procedures- Drafting, interpreting and negotiating a large variety of contracts, in particular supply contracts, EPC contracts, service contracts and other commercial contracts- Supporting the execution teams and claim managers on potential claims and disputes- Working on corporate initiatives with legal support Your skills & qualifications : - Law studies (Bachelor, Master or State Examination, at least First State Exam)- Generalist background with at least 5 years of experiencing drafting, interpreting and negotiating contracts in a civil law country- Experience in industrial equipment, construction or utility projects - experience in the renewable energy or energy storage sector and / or in public procurement processes is very welcomed- Excellent judgment, both in business and interpersonal matters- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and a highly self-motivated work style- Impeccable ethics and a commitment to compliance and safety- Business fluency in English and German Our benefits : · 30 days annual vacation · Flexible working time · Company pension plan· Kindergarten allowance taxfree (100€ / kid / month)· Culture based on values within diverse teams, open and transparent communication with a focus on DE&I· Personal development (LinkedIn Training, inhouse training, workshops)· Sabbatical Option· Home office allowance· Corporate BenefitsMost Fluence people wear multiple hats.
