JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities :

  • Regular in-store visits as our brand ambassador at our strategic Wholesale partners in order to establish best in class relationships with the floor staff and amplify our brand.
  • Uses GSC tool to audit each visit & fluid communication to drive visibility to key stakeholders (KAMs, AMs Sales management) of opportunities and challenges in real time – as they happen in the markets.
  • Identify new business (prospect) opportunities while in the markets & follow up
  • Engage Store / Floor managers of our strategic accounts doors to generate location improvements, space gains, store operations improvement, instore hotspots and local channel marketing opportunities.
  • Commercially leading new Shop in Shop roll outs and refits
  • Updating and implementing marketing materials and campaigns on our Wholesale shop floors
  • Assortment & stock check on floor assortment eliminating “can’t find my size” by identifying actions (stock in store, not on floor vs. order needed).
  • Monitoring and analyzing store KPIs on a weekly base
  • Engage floor teams : Deliver floor teams product trainings, a key season start, or key product story launch moments.
  • Train and execute Visual Merchandising in line to our global guidelines.
  • Critical communication loop with Sales teams & Retail Operations teams at partners as well as internal cross-functional partners.
  • Constantly drives for best in class consumer experience within geographical market place.

Education :

  • Degree level
  • Experience :

  • Previous experience in Visual Merchandising
  • Fashion retail – minimum 3 year experiencing preferably at supervisor level or above
  • Skills & Experience;

  • Fashion Retail and / or Visual Merchandise experience – minimum 3 years’ experience preferably at supervisor level or above
  • Good Microsoft office skills – Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Full valid driving license
  • Decision Making and Problem solving
  • Highly organized and flexible approach
  • Fluid German and English
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Key attention to detail
  • Ability to understand & contribute to delivering commercial KPIs
  • Ability to multi task and meet challenging deadlines
  • Team Player
  • Candidate should be based in the area Hamburg or Berlin
