Global CRM Product Owner (m/f/d) - Produktmanagement, Ingenieur
Your responsibilities
- You are the IT counterpart of the CRM product manager to transfer functional requirements to the future CRM software solution
- Translating the product manager s features into actionable product backlog items and technical coordination with the development teams
- Management, controlling and governance of the implementation partner
- Management, refinement and prioritization of the backlog, taking into account the project objectives and design principles
- Continous improvement of CRM funcionalities
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree program or comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in a similiar position
- Very good knowledge of agile methods and project management
- High customer and service orientation as well as enthusiasm for digitalization, new technologies and process design
- Experience in the management and coordination of implemenation partners
- Very good knowledge of CRM and BI solutions
- Very good written and spoken Germnan and English skills
