The successful candidate will play a crucial role as a 180 Business Consultant and have responsibilities for business development for the company.
Your Responsibilities :
- Secure and arrange meetings with potential clients.
- Pre-qualify leads and ensure a seamless handover to the team.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Conduct Business-to-Business calling to generate opportunities.
- Proactively promote our services to generate new business opportunities.
- Act as ambassador for the company, its values and goals.
- Achieve recruitment lead generation targets and objectives set by the business.
- Work closely with the team to identify potential prospects.
Requirements and Skills :
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record in a similar role, specifically within business development within the tech domain.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the software engineering industry (desirable but not essential).
- Strong-willed and resilient, with a positive attitude and outlook.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Flexible approach with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the wider team.
