The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!*Job Description During your internship you will play a pivotal role in supporting the project management teams responsible for the global rollout of supply chain optimization projects.

This is a program that involves several teams of over 40 members working on multiple projects worldwide.* If you have innovative ideas on how to optimize the use of tools such as Jira, ChatGPT, SharePoint or Teams to enhance communication with stakeholders and project members, we are eager to meet you.

We value fresh perspectives and are open to new ideas.* You will support our team in tracking the progress of multiple project tasks and teams using the tools we have in place.

• Furthermore, you will deepen your understanding of various project planning tools and actively participate in their implementation / use to enhance project management efficiency.
• Last but not least, you will communicate effectively with project managers and members.*Qualifications *Education : *studies in the field of Business Administration, Business Engineering or comparable* *Experience and Knowledge : *proficiency in MS Office, Jira, ChatGPT, Power BI;
• basic knowledge of any programming language is an advantage; it would be helpful if the student has already lived abroad for more than 3 months* *Personality and Working Practice : *you excel at swiftly grasping complex matters, organizing them effectively;

your proactive, creative approach and strong communication skills make you a valuable team player* *Languages : *fluent in English*Additional Information Start : *according to prior agreement*Duration : *6 monthsRequirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
