Your mission

As a program / project manager for IT and delivery transformations, you will take the lead in supporting top corporations with significant contract volumes in their digital transformation.

You will lead an interdisciplinary and highly trained team and implement solutions that ensure sustainable earnings and the competitiveness of your customers.

What to expect

As an IT Program / Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of global technology and delivery transformation projects.

These typically have the highest strategic attention from our customers and influence a large number of employees in their daily work.

You will also use the services of various technology partners from our network of alliances.

Advise leaders, motivate team members and build sustainable customer relationships. You will advise executives and board members in every phase of the project and work with them to shape the digital transformation towards tomorrow's technological leadership and an economically promising delivery model.

In your role, you will also motivate your team members with your positive, proactive can-do attitude and also build valuable, sustainable customer relationships through innovative and entrepreneurial action.

We are looking for :

• You have completed a degree in the fields of (business) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences, human sciences or engineering or a comparable education.
• You have at least ten years of experience in the day-to-day management of IT projects and in working with international teams.
• First experience in chemical or raw material energy.
• You are convinced that IT makes a significant contribution to transformation and successful business models and are willing to invest in your further development for constant change.
• You are an empathetic communication and organizational talent with leadership qualities, interested in dealing with and developing people and convince customers in German and English with your confident and likeable manner.
