I'm currently partnered with a Berlin based company on the search for a German & English speaking Shopify developer, well experienced in React.
Role Overview : As a Shopify Developer with a focus on React, you will play a key role in developing and customizing Shopify themes and applications using React.
js. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize Shopify stores that deliver an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and customize Shopify themes and applications using React.js
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to create engaging and user-friendly Shopify stores
- Optimize Shopify stores for performance, speed, and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functionality of Shopify applications
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Shopify and React.js trends and best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows
Requirements :
- Must be able to speak German (c1+) & English (c1+)
- Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a focus on React.js
- Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript ES6+
- Experience working with Shopify Liquid language and APIs
- Knowledge of Shopify theme development best practices
- Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm / yarn
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
