Head of Partnerships eMobility
My client is a leading service provider in the EV Infrastructure market seeking a Head of Partnerships eMobility to develop my client’s newly created Service division’s strategy and execution in providing a complete range of offerings to EV Hardware and EV OEM clients.
In this role you will act as a pivotal figure in the leadership team, instrumental in shaping the strategic vision of the company as well as leading a highly collaborative matrix structure.
Your strategic mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to collaborate cross-functional teams will be key in enhancing my client’s offering and ensuring company growth targets are met and exceeded.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive services strategy targeted at EV OEMs,
- Creating a compelling service proposition and ensuring its success.
- Shaping effective processes for the smooth operation of the division.
- Leading the Services division within a matrix setup, encompassing Research & Development, Testing facilities, and Charging Services.
- Strengthening the sales and technical consulting framework for our services.
- Representing the company in customer meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
- Taking responsibility for revenue and actively participating in project acquisition.
Your Profile
- Deep understanding and enthusiasm for the eMobility industry.
- Strong network within the OEM sector.
- Proven track record in setting up and managing projects, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Proven ability to network and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, adept at building and nurturing high-performing teams including experience managing teams of up to 5-10 people.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that values innovation and collaboration.
