Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Consultant with deep expertise in German payroll to define, document, and scale our professional services offerings.
This role will focus on creating a comprehensive service catalogue, developing efficient delivery processes, and establishing standard operating procedures for both our payroll service team and in-life support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in German payroll, exceptional documentation skills, and proven experience in stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and map professional services related to German Payroll.
- Create a detailed service catalogue, outlining the scope, deliverables, and value propositions of each service.
- Define and establish scalable processes for delivering professional services efficiently.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for our payroll service team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- In line with the service catalogue and processes, create clear roles and responsibilities for the payroll service team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of these roles.
- Create SOPs for in-life support to ensure ongoing service excellence.
- Ensure all procedures are well-documented, accessible, and regularly updated.
Person Requirements :
- Proven experience in creating and scaling professional services, ideally within the payroll sector.
- Strong background in developing processes that enable successful delivery of services at scale.
- Exceptional documentation skills, with a focus on clarity and completeness.
- Expert knowledge of German Payroll processes and regulations.
- Fluency in both German and English.
Contractor Requirements :
- The contractor will be provided with a detailed task list and project plan.
- Responsible for managing and adhering to the project timeline.
- This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.
- Must be able to work effectively across teams and understand the importance of internal processes.
