Ihre Aufgaben
- Develop, maintain, and leverage a deep working knowledge of Digital Products
- Work with Capital Sales teams to demonstrate the software and develop sufficient working knowledge of Digital products in Capital Sales teams
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory, including the customers, the prospects, the partners, the influencers, and the competitors, in close collaboration with aligned Territory Managers (TMs)
- Empower TMs to sell digital products and related services in a defined territory / country in a care pathway ecosystem approach
- Establish relationships and pitch to technical stakeholders
- Sell and / or support sales to a range of customer contacts as needed, including Clinical, Technical, Operational and Executive level contacts within the account
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential customers to secure new digital product orders
- Follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated
- Provide technical information and act as technical sales consultant
- Showcase product in reference visits and educate customers on value proposition
- Manage solution trials & coordinate the digital solution installation / implementation
- Guide potential customers through the buying process
- For basic offering customers, perform training of super-users
- Following install and training, monitor usage and follow-up with external to ensure consistent and ongoing coverage of account, including new sales opportunities
- Executes, supports, and monitors pre-sales contract excellence & governance
- Responsible for GDPR / Data Privacy alignment consultancy for GI sales force and customers
- Train the customer on software features and functions
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Required : successful completion of technical, scientific, medical or business studies for example, an undergraduate degree or equivalent level of educational or technical qualification
- Minimum of 3 years selling experience; 5 years preferred
- Must have Sales experience focused on SaaS / software sales, healthcare industry preferred
- Successful experience managing sales opportunities highly preferred
- Experience with supporting and driving commercial strategies
- Profound knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS)
- Profound knowledge of IT network topologies, their set up and maintenance
- Good knowledge of cloud solutions
- Technical and IT knowledge of Audio, Video
- Working knowledge of MDR regulations and their usage
- Preferably knowledge and experience with interoperability : HL7, DICOM
- Required : Good communication skills in German, as well as in English (bilingual; written and spoken)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to different audiences including experience presenting to technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of how digital healthcare solutions offers value to customers
- Strong clinical knowledge and aptitude; comfortable in working with physicians the clinical environment.
- Ideally understanding of the competitive gastroenterology and customer solutions landscape
- High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Well-developed listening, influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a drive for results
- Willingness to travel up to 60 to 80% of your working time
- Occasional evening and weekend work from home required
- Other projects and duties as necessary and assigned
