My client are a leading global AI software company, recruiting for a Key Account Director within their Enterprise Retail division. You will manage 1-2 large strategic accounts in the Grocery Sector. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring alignment with our clients' business objectives.
Job Description
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in your assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth, maximize client satisfaction, and ensure the successful adoption
- Monitor account performance, identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and introduce additional products or services.
