Director Projects

This role comes with two main purposes.

• Establish and maintain valuable relationships with leading content providers, making relevant content accessible in our in-car entertainment platform.
• Lead and execute 3SS's content partnership strategy for the automotive sector, securing commitments from major global and relevant local content providers, and ensuring the successful integration of relevant content into our automotive platform.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Content Partnerships Automotive to join our team.

This senior position requires someone with a strong international network in the content industry and a proven track record of securing high-level partnerships.

The ideal candidate will lead our content strategy for the automotive sector, ensuring the integration of top-tier content into our projects and driving significant growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the 3SS content partnership strategy.
• Create and present customized pitch decks, case studies, and ROI analyses.
• Secure commitments from major and relevant content providers.
• Manage relationships with top streaming services / content providers.
• Coordinate content partner activities and align them with overall strategy.
• Develop and implement financial incentives, marketing opportunities, co-branding initiatives, and exclusivity deals.
• Create and refine business models demonstrating the value of partnerships.
• Independently drive initiatives and ensure timely execution and progress.
• Maintain a hands-on approach, directly handling tasks such as document creation, outreach, and relationship management.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in international content partnerships and content sourcing.
• Extensive and reliable network with major content providers.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans with clear short-term and long-term goals, KPIs, and roadmaps.
• Strong skills in creating persuasive documents, including pitch decks, case studies, and ROI analyses.
• Track record of securing commitments from top content providers.
• Proficient in managing relationships with the top 10 major streaming services / content providers.
• Ability to coordinate and align content partner activities, including regular check-ins and progress tracking.
• Experience in developing financial incentives, marketing opportunities, co-branding initiatives, and exclusivity deals.
• Knowledgeable in creating business models projecting financial value and demonstrating long-term partnership benefits.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven approach, taking ownership of tasks and getting things done.
• Strong decision-making autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and independent initiative management.
• Highly motivated with a passion for driving content partnerships.
