As Paid Media Specialist Central Europe (m / f / d), you can contribute your passion for data-driven marketing and manage the performance of our campaigns. With your expertise, you will ensure the strong integration of all paid ads in the marketing mix, derive clear recommendations for action from analytics data, and work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders. What You'll do

Planning and implementation of paid media campaigns

• You will develop and manage digital advertising campaigns for the Central European markets (DACH + NL) via channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Display. You will select suitable platforms and formats based on target groups, objectives, and budget.

Performance management & optimization

Data analysis & reporting

Tool and process management
