For more information, visit our company’s website at the roleWe're looking for a driven Implementation/Client Onboarding Specialist to join our DACH team. You'll own the onboarding journey for new veterinary customers from kick-off through to go-live, delivering both remote and onsite training across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that requires fluency in German, strong organisation, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects at once! Your key responsibilities include:Manage implementation projects end to end, from initial scoping through to go-liveDeliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the DACH regionConfigure and customise Provet to each customer's clinical workflowsAdvise customers on best practice and efficient use of the softwareBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across independent practices, mid-market groups, and large enterprise accountsWork cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth deliveryWhat will help you to be successful in this role?Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing SaaS company.
