StellenbeschreibungYou have a master’s degree, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent experience. You have a few years of proven successful experience in B2B sales management, preferably in sales of services. You have several years of experience in budget-making processes and Profit and Loss responsibility. You have experience working with various tools, such as Excel and Power BI and are adept at public tender procedures. You demonstrate a hands-on mentality and are adept at collecting and analyzing information to improve service quality and customer experience. You can make informed decisions, take responsibility, and think entrepreneurially. You possess both operational and conceptual skills, and are willing to think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and fairly evaluate all possible solutions. You communicate fluently, both spoken and written, in Dutch, English, and French. Exhibit entrepreneurship and make a significant impact within the company. Your mission
- Reporting to the Managing Director BeNe, you take over the responsibility of developing the sanitary container business in the BeNe region. The base of operations is Geraardsbergen.
- You lead, coach, and inspire a team of six sales professionals and three operational staff, ensuring the team's development and growth aligns with the company's needs and ambitions.
- Together with your sales team, you maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and identifying cross- and upselling opportunities. You recognize broader issues that may impact the customer journey and respond proactively.
- You identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by presenting tailored products and services to prospective clients.
- You play a key role in accelerating the cultural shift towards a more performance-based sales organization.
- To support this shift, you set up dashboards and benchmarks for effective tracking and monitoring of sales activities and results.
