What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat
  • Guide users through digital banking and payment solutions
  • Offer advice, troubleshoot issues and provide practical best-practice tips
  • Handle questions about new and existing services, always with professionalism
  • Solve customer issues efficiently and maintain strong satisfaction levels
  • Support the overall customer journey to increase engagement and loyalty
  • Work towards personal and team targets in a structured environment

Requirements

  • Fluency in  German  and strong English skills
  • Previous customer support experience is helpful, but not required
  • Interest in fintech, digital payments or online banking
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Team mindset and a sense of responsibility in your work
