To strengthen our development team located in Wietmarschen-Lohne or Osnabrück, offering flexible working hours and the option for partial home office, we are looking for a Cloud-Native Architect (all genders welcome) - Kubernetes, CNCF, MLOps At Rosenxt, we develop technology that enables critical infrastructure and drives performance in industries where reliability matters most. As a Software Architect, you are responsible for the design and evolution of a defined part of our software solutions, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and reliability. You make well‑founded technical design decisions within your domain, assess their impact on systems and teams, and guide our development teams on their journey towards modern architecture. In close collaboration with colleagues from product management, engineering, and other disciplines, you help bring robust and future‑proof solutions to life.

What you can expect

A modern cloud‑native Kubernetes environment using CNCF technologies rollout on Azure Work with C4 and Arc42 to document and communicate architectures clearly Close collaboration with product owners, domain experts, and other stakeholders Understand business and application needs to identify key architectural drivers “Golden Paths” with templates and tooling speed up delivery Design MlOps‑ready solutions together with data science and engineering teams Participation in architecture and code reviews to ensure technical quality and NFRs GitHub and Azure DevOps for code, CI/CD, and collaborative work management Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash for automation

What you bring

Moreover you should bring with you: Proven capability to architect comprehensive solutions, from sensor data acquisition to customer insights delivery Experience designing distributed systems on Kubernetes and a major cloud (ideally Azure) Practical use of C4 and Arc42 for architecture documentation and communication Hands‑on DevOps/MlOps experience, including CI/CD and operating data‑driven systems Familiarity with CNCF projects and willingness to promote “Golden Path” standards Confident Git workflows with GitHub and Azure DevOps Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Terraform and/or Ansible Ability to work closely with product and business stakeholders on technical solutions Knowledge of best practices in securing cloud environments and ensuring regulatory compliance Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus) to collaborate effectively within teams
