Meet the team
Due to the highly collaborative nature of our business (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is primarily an in-office position.
What you will do
Support our Customer Success managers with the analysis of vendor data and ensure this gets correctly translated into the Choco AI user interface
Train our Choco AI model by processing orders before a partnership launch to ensure high accuracy levels
Provide our AI model with perfect order examples to accelerate the learning process
Own the Choco AI performance for your partnerships post-launch
The ideal candidate
German Native
Data Entry Pro - You are a master of data entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task
Detail-Oriented - If you take pride in high standards and enjoy the satisfaction of completing repetitive tasks, we want you on our team
Clear and Efficient Communicator - Your ability to communicate clearly and efficiently will help streamline our processes and enhance team collaboration
GSuite Pro - Leverage your proficiency in GSuite, especially Google Sheets, to organise, analyse and present data effectively
Team-First Attitude - We value humility and team-first mentality, your collaborative spirit will be a vital asset to our team
Hospitality / F&B Experience Welcomed - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, bringing valuable insights and customer-focused skills
