We are seeking a dynamic and space technology experienced Product Assurance Manager to lead our team in guaranteeing the integrity and excellence of our space-bound components.
LSS is at the forefront of revolutionizing space structures, deployable antennas and reflectors, driving innovation in the design, development, and deployment of groundbreaking space technologies. As a Product Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to excellence as we venture further into the cosmos, as well as in continuously improving the quality of our products and services and providing the highest standards for our customers.
Tasks
- Design, implement, and regularly update PA and QA processes, plans, and procedures to meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Ensure all documentation is comprehensive, current, and accessible to stakeholders.
- Organize roles related to product and quality assurance within the LSS team.
- Coordinate interactions between project managers, systems engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide guidance and support to the team to address any PA / QA-related issues.
- Lead and manage the Project PA / QA team, ensuring clear objectives, roles, and responsibilities are defined and met.
- Support project managers, systems engineers, and work-package managers in establishing and maintaining quality management arrangements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with project quality objectives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and high-quality standards.
- Report analyses of good practices, non-conformities, trend analyses, audit statuses, KPIs, and the cost of quality in reports.
- Report directly to the CEO, Prepare and present monthly reports providing regular updates on the PA / QA status, key challenges, and improvement initiatives
