As the Resident Manager at Milestone Living, you'll play a pivotal role in managing property operations, enhancing the resident experience, and driving business success at one of our premier locations. What You'll Do : Customer Acquisition & Marketing : Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to implement local sales and marketing strategies, and identify local partners to strengthen the MILESTONE brand experience. Customer Care & Retention : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through community building, prompt response to resident inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a stable living environment. Facility Management : Work closely with external suppliers and the Corporate Services team to maintain the optimal condition of the property. Operational Reporting : Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational reporting, adhering to MILESTONE’s business compliance guidelines. Quality & Safety : Implement quality management measures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure residents’ safety through regular drills and access control. What We're Looking For : Experience : At least 1 year of experience at MILESTONE or 2-5 years in a similar hospitality management role such as Resident Manager, Front Office Manager, or Room Division Manager. People Skills : A strong ability to work with diverse teams and create a positive, collaborative environment for both residents and colleagues. Attention to Detail : A high level of precision and organizational skills with a strong affinity for administrative tasks and data management. Communication Skills : Fluency in German (C1 / C2) and English (C1 / C2), with additional languages a plus. Leadership : Proven experience in leading teams, with the ability to drive performance and provide training and support. Why us?
