Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in German who are looking to develop their career in customer service within a supportive and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support efficiently and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM database.
  • Stay knowledgeable about company products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
