Your mission
Do you have sales in your blood and want to contribute to the success of our company together with our Inside Sales team? Then we are looking for you as an Inside Sales Representative (m / f / d)!You are responsible for the active generation, qualification and support of leadsYou identify decision-makers, support prospects and build customer relationshipsYou are responsible for the implementation of lead generation campaigns as well as reporting in the CRM systemYou support the development of content to address customersYou make appointments for our key account managersYou work closely with our international sales and marketing team
Your profile
You have already gained professional experience in comparable sales or customer service functions, ideally in the software or technology industryYou are confident in using sales methods such as BANT and CRM systems such as HubSpotService orientation, empathy and the ability to understand customer needs are among your strengthsYou are characterized by a high degree of self-organization and strong communication skillsYou speak fluent German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
