Your role as Data Operations Analyst & Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Analyst & Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics and Salesforce administration to enhance our data operations and streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data structures, data governance principles, data collection processes, and modern AI tools, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing our data universe, including our data warehouse ecosystem.

Your responsibilities:

Data Analytics:

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis using Salesforce, Hubspot, Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions

• Create and monitor KPIs in areas such as revenue, growth, sales performance, marketing effectiveness, customer development, and profitability

• Analyze and optimize conversion funnels across marketing and sales channels to improve lead generation and customer acquisition

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards in Salesforce and other BI tools to provide real-time insights to management

• Perform ad-hoc analyses based on Salesforce data and aggregate findings in Google Sheets for reporting and strategic planning

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance data collection initiatives

• Work with structured and unstructured data stored in the data warehouse to support scalable analytics

Salesforce Administration:

• Manage and optimise our Salesforce instance, including user management, data integrity, and automation of workflows to support sales team needs

• Develop user-friendly data fields and processes in Salesforce that facilitate efficient operations and insightful reporting

• Administer user permissions, oversee secure data operations, and perform data cleaning and consistency checks to ensure data accuracy

• Integrate third-party services and other data sources to enhance the Salesforce solution architecture

Process Optimisation:

• Establish efficient auto-update processes using Salesforce and Google Sheets that require minimal manual maintenance

• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline data operations, including improving data collection pipelines using modern AI tools and workflows

Data Governance:

• Ensure adherence to data governance principles and best practices across all data-related activities

• Develop and maintain documentation related to data processes, including data collection standards, warehouse structures, governance, and best practices

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst and Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a SaaS environment

• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification is required

• Proficiency in data manipulation and analytics tools: Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake

• Experience working with data warehouses and large-scale datasets

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot and analytics tools like Mixpanel

• Experience with AI tools and modern data workflows

• Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
