As a music & entertainment agency, GUESSTIMATE lives the new 360° of the music industry and sees itself as a creative partner for international artists, songwriters,media, brands and other creatives.

Music label, publisher and artist & promotion services : GUESSTIMATE is the home of international Gold, Platinum & Diamond certified artists. The team develops artist brands and brings them to life through strong content and creative marketing & promotion campaigns.

As a label, GUESSTIMATE successfully works on the careers of artists such as YouNotUs, Frytz, Deepend, Kush Kush, Alle Farben and many more. GUESSTIMATE Label is always involved in the latest genres.

We also claim Neighboring Rights worldwide and with our GUESSTIMATE LOFTYARD STUDIOS with seven studio units we have created a creative hub in the heart of Berlin to offer songwriters, producers and artists ideal conditions for their creative work.

Tasks

  • Supporting the entire Guesstimate team in the areas of promotion, label & product management, sales communication, content management and A&R management. Support of the entire Guesstimate publishing team in the areas of content, synch and A&R management.
  • Creation of briefings and A&R playlists.
  • A&R Scouting.
  • Helping to coordinate songwriting sessions in the studio.
  • Help with coordination and communication with local and international songwriters.
  • Content management via DISCO : data maintenance, regular music updates, implementation of product setups and creation of label reports.

Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old and music is an important part of your life.
  • Ideally, you are studying for a degree with a commercial or media component or are in training in the commercial sector.
  • You are a digital native and social media is your second home.
  • You are communicative and speak and write English and German (Preferred but not required)
  • You work independently and organized, are punctual, reliable and conscientious.
  • The internship is recognized as a minimum 6-month mandatory internship.
