Position Overview
The Senior Commercial Excellence Manager will be responsible to drive commercial and business excellence by designing, planning and implementing processes, tools and initiatives to maximize top and bottom-line results.
The role will analyze and integrate insights from different sources (market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, forecasting, CRM data) to enable decision-making based on facts. The Sr. Commercial Excellence Manager will work cross-functionally with key business partners; Training Manager, Country Manager / Sales Manager & Business Leads, Marketing Manager, INTL Marketing Team, International Commercial Excellence Manager.
This position is based in our office in Munich, Germany.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Analyze and integrate insights and data to provide recommendations for decision-making.
- Develop and implement the Sales Force Effectiveness Plan focusing on key priorities.
- Lead, with National Sales Manager, on Sales force performance, measurement and continuous improvement.
- Partner with National Sales Manager on Sales Force sizing, territory alignment, Sales Force Effectiveness.
- Lead and drive SFE culture and philosophy across all markets.
- Drive adoption and use of Veeva CRM and Tableau to drive better business decisions and analytics.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to deliver cross functional projects.
- Lead and influence without direct authority and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong team working skills within a matrix organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and timelines.
- Strong attention to detail, quality-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
