Job description :

• Project acquisition and sales of design services for mechatronic devices and electronic hardware and software projects for the DACH area
• Develop and understand business strategies for international customers
• Operate as the main point of contact for customers
• Build and nurture customer relationship at all decision making levels including senior executives, project management, technical procurement and engineering management
• Account planning, proactive proposals, quoting intelligence and proposals development, customer meetings
• Target and win businesses to maximize profitability
• Be the key individual in presenting, selling and delivering Elemaster R&D services which includes concept development, hardware and software and mechanical design services
• Achieve revenue / profit targets and tracking of financial performance
• Negotiate deals and service agreements

Requirements required :

University degree in electronics or industrial engineering

5+ years of relevant experience in a technical role and sales roles with focus on b2b R&D sales projects or a proven record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable role

Specific experiences in sales or project management or development of electronic and / or mechatronic devices, supported by internal consolidated product and process specialists.

Excellent German skills; fluent English skills; other foreign languages are advantageous

Ability to work with internal teams

Understanding of key financial metrics

Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and strong negotiation skills
