In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of social-first content across paid and organic channels, combining hands-on video editing with full production ownership across video, photography, and design projects. You will work closely with marketing, brand, and performance teams to deliver high-performing content that supports both creative and commercial objectives.

What you will do

• Concept, film, and edit high-quality video content for paid social and organic channels, optimised for platform best practices.
• Own production workflows end to end, from briefing and scripting through shoot, edit, review, and final delivery.
• Manage logistics for photo and video shoots, including studios, locations, equipment, props, and talent.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to optimise content for engagement and results.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, speed up versioning, and scale content production.

What you should bring

• 4+ years of experience delivering social-first video content, either in-house or agency-side.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative for both paid and organic social media.
• High technical proficiency with professional editing tools ( Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of social platforms, formats, and performance-driven creative.
• Highly organised, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
