The role is a 12 month contract with 3 days on site in Dusseldorf per week.

Responsibilities
Performing the tasks of the operations manager for the global SAP financial system
Tasks
Ensuring effective and efficient processing of incidents
Ensuring effective and efficient processing of change requests
Ensuring and further developing the reporting system (including KPI reporting)
Coordination and management of external IT partners
Ensuring and further developing the agreed service levels (SLA, OLA)
Resource, capacity and budget management
Central communication with IT management
Contact person in the S / 4 HANA project for commissioning and test management issues
Continuous optimization of the IT service processes
