At our location in Eppingen we are looking to strengthen our management team with immediate effect for a

Head of Finance & Administration

Your tasks :

• Management and further development of the finance and nonadministrative departments (accounting, invoicing, controlling, IT, HR & office staff) with a direct reporting line to the Managing Director of the entity
• Interface and close cooperation with Shared Service Accounting
• optimizing the business results by continuous analysis and improvements
• Optimization and digitalization of processes and co-design of new structures in the administrative departments
• Contract management incl. follow-up, conducting negotiations
• Contact person for tax consultants, auditors and authorities
• Responsible for an experienced team of approx. 15 employees
