Our client, an IT consulting company based in Luxembourg, specializes in the design and integration of digital solutions. It supports both public and private organizations in their digital transformation projects. The company stands out for its strong expertise, collaborative culture, and high-quality teams.

We are currently looking for an IT Call Center Operator for a temporary contract.

Your responsabilties :

  • Supporting users with hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions within agreed response times
  • Logging and following up incidents in the ticketing system
  • Managing support requests from start to resolution
  • Assisting with computer installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Coordinating with internal IT teams when escalation is needed
  • Keeping technical documentation up to date

Your profile :

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support (including internships or traineeships)
  • Good knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS
  • Comfortable use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with remote working tools like Teams, Zoom, VPN, or similar platforms
  • Experience with ticketing systems or incident management tools
  • Good communication skills in English and French (minimum B2 level)
  • A customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment and under pressure
