IT Business Partner (M / F / D) – ref. : 4916
for its IT Department in Livange in a Permanent Contract – 40h / week .
You will oversee the coordination and the development of global IT initiatives, of the services management and the customer relationship.
You will also be in charge of communicating IT advice concerning news initiatives and demands of news tools and solutions. You will coordinate decisions, priorities and all the projects of your scope.
You will proactively share your technological risk and opportunity assessment to increase the efficiency of the Luxemburg Red Cross from an IT point of view.
More precisely, you will be in charge of the :
- Information system process management :
Participating in setting-up new IS monitoring (anticipation and workload management, dashboards follow-up...);
Analysing and understanding the origin of dysfunctions, incidents or accidents (physical assessment of the product, processes....)
Budget (costs evaluation...)
Customer needs analysis (risks, opportunities...)
