About Our Client

Our client is a prominent player in the ceramic tiles manufacturing industry, specializing in delivering high-quality products for various projects.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HRBP / HR Generalist to join their team in Merzig, Saarland in Germany.

Relocation allowance is provided in case of any need.

Requirements

Job Requirements :

• Comprehensive support for managers and employees in all strategic and operational HR topics (recruiting, onboarding, off-boarding and the entire employee life cycle) First point of contact on site.
• Co-operation with the international HR team in reporting and in the adaptation of pest practices.
• Trustful cooperation with the works councils
• Collaboration in local and international HR projects

Candidate Requirements :

• Completed studies in business administration / economics / psychology (preferably with a focus on human resources) or comparable training (HR specialist / Personalfachkaufmann (IHK)).
• Business fluent in German and English
• Professional experience in a generalist HR role (preferably in an international environment)
• Willingness to travel within Europe (from time to time)
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for HR topics
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on responsibility
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work under pressure
• Enjoy working with different cultures within and outside Europe
• High level of problem-solving skills
• Good analytical skills and creativity
• Strong communication skills
