In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Be the go-to HR expert for approximately 150 talented employees at our NI Israel site while making a global mark by contributing to transformative HR projects.
• Collaborate closely with leaders to deliver data-driven insights across the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to career development.
• Act as a trusted coach and partner empowering managers with actionable HR guidance that drives results.

Who you are : You are an experienced HRBP with both strategic and operational mindset. Youre passionate about the well-being of our employees our HR strategies and our constant process improvement. You effectively communicate in various settings : one-on-one small and large groups or among diverse styles and position levels. You deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.

For this Role You will Need : This isnt your typical HR gig. Youll work at the intersection of strategy innovation and people leadership tackling both local and global challenges. Whether partnering with cross-functional teams or shaping global HR initiatives your work will help unlock the potential of every individual while driving meaningful business build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
