Are you an experienced and strategic HR leader looking to make a real impact across diverse teams in Europe
We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our HR function in Germany and Belgium guiding transformation employee engagement and people strategy during an exciting period of growth and change.
As our HR Manager youll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders providing expert guidance across the full HR spectrum. From organizational design to talent development inclusion to compliance youll be responsible for ensuring our people strategy aligns with our company values and business objectives.
This is a high-impact business-facing roleperfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on solutions-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities of the role :
- Strategic Business Partnering : Collaborate with leadership to drive people strategy and support key business goals.
- Employee Engagement & Experience : Analyze engagement data implement improvement initiatives and ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Values & Behaviors : Champion our values and embed them across all people practices.
- Workforce & Talent Planning : Lead workforce planning succession and high-potential talent development.
