Location : Berlin - 5-days per week in the office
Language requirement : German - Fluent or Native and professional proficiency of English
We are seeking a skilled and strategic People Business Partner to join our team in Berlin, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving people-centric initiatives that align with our organisational goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and talent development
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve policies, processes, and employee experience
- Act as a coach and mentor to managers, supporting their growth and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with German employment laws and regulations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive organisational culture

Please note the role is based at our Berlin offices 5-days per week.
We are looking for candidates who are fluent or native Germany speakers.
