Youll also play a key role in updating internal documentation and providing onsite support as needed. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and direct influence on healthcare technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first responder for technical support for company practices managing Level 1 support tickets via phone and software systems.
- Provide efficient troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues.
- Update and refine internal documentation selfhelp articles and support guidelines.
- Assist remotely as needed and be available for onsite tasks or guiding remotehands teams.
- Perform fieldwork and provide onsite support at company practices as required.
