We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and create AI-powered features and services for Drooms data rooms.

Your work will span the full development lifecycle from initial experimentation to final implementation helping shape our engineering stack and bringing cutting-edge research into production.

• Design conduct and analyze experiments to evaluate and improve model performance
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using best practices
• Collaborate on larger features and systems guiding junior engineers or working students when needed
• Integrate ML components into the overall application and ensure high reliability and scalability
• Stay up to date with current research and present findings in Journal Clubs and Tech Talks
• Use Python and modern ML tools (e.g. PyTorch Hugging Face) to build and optimize AI features
• Work with cloud environments (preferably AWS) and modern development tools such as Git CI / CD pipelines and Linux
• Present experiment outcomes clearly and contribute to discussions that shape our product direction
