What are my responsibilities?
- Lead and develop a group of project managers, fostering a performance, learning‑oriented and accountable project culture
- Take ownership of complex, high‑impact, or critical projects and programs and ensure delivery on time, on budget and quality
- Coach and mentor project managers in leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence
- Define, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks
- Ensure transparency on project status, risks, dependencies, and financials through structured reporting and KPIs
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across projects and interfaces
- Support budget planning, cost tracking, and resource management for projects and programs
- Promote continuous improvement, lessons learned, and adoption of best practices in project execution
- Establish and foster global project management network within Interroll
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable education
- Minimum 8– years of experience in project or program management in an industrial or technology‑driven environment
- Several years of leadership experience managing project managers or cross‑functional teams
- Proven track record in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects successfully
- Solid understanding of product development, engineering, and industrialization processes
- Project management certification PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, SAFe) is an advantage
- Fluent in English; German language skills are required
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities
- Intercultural competence and collaboration skills
- Highest level of accountability and ownership
