WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Starting on the 16th of July 2026, you have the possibility to become part of our Management Consulting department for 3 - 6 months. As our Digital Learning Intern, you play a key role in advancing our Marketing & Sales Academy’s digital learning portfolio. You help shape and expand our digital learning platform with hands-on, creative work.

• You collaborate with the team to design and develop new digital learning products (e.g., e-learnings, video courses, micro-learnings) tailored to real learner needs.
• Conducting learning needs analyses and helping define clear learning objectives belong to your tasks.
• Also, you apply modern instructional design models and strategies to create engaging, interactive content.
• You contribute to the team by using authoring software and GenAI tools to produce and optimize digital learning modules and feedback.
• You research and design new marketing and sales training content while ensuring clear internal communication of our learning offerings.
• Furthermore, you test and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning solutions, suggesting improvements based on user feedback.
• Finally, you support the setup and enhancement of our digital learning platform, ensuring a smooth and impactful learning experience for users.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program – ideally in instructional design, educational technology, media production or economics (such as marketing or sales) with strong media skills
• experience or a strong interest in digital learning solutions and content creation
• comfortable with authoring tools and curious about GenAI or other AI-based learning technologies
• excellent communication skills in English
• creative, eager to learn, and focused on delivering value for learners
• motivated to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and ready to contribute your ideas
