Join Our Team at Xerjoff - Seeking a Marketing & Communication Coordinator - Germany & Nordics

Xerjoff is a luxury fragrance brand renowned for its unique and high-quality perfumes. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communication Coordinator to join our team and drive our brand presence in Germany and the Nordic countries.

Job Summary : The Marketing & Communication Coordinator will be responsible for managing communication activities, building relationships with press and influencers, and organizing events within the assigned regions. This role requires frequent travel to our headquarters in Turin, Italy, and participation in key industry events.

Reports To : Global Marketing & Communication Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Report market insights and trends.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive publication of articles and editorials about the brand.
  • Manage relationships with local press and influencers.
  • Organize localized events within the assigned budget.
  • Coordinate with the headquarters' marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor the outcomes of marketing activities.
  • Report on competitor activities within the assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably within the luxury segment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the German and Nordic markets.
  • Proven experience in event organization and press relations.
  • First-language fluency in both German and English, as well as advanced proficiency in Italian.
  • Strong focus on traditional and digital PR, print, and events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Daily and Weekly Responsibilities :

  • Establish contacts and create opportunities for the brand within the territory.
  • Manage assigned projects and promote new product lines in the assigned countries.

    • Long-term Objectives :

  • Develop a localized office based on market importance.

    • Specific Projects and Initiatives :

  • Product launches.
  • Key annual events.

    • Team and Collaboration :

  • Report to the Global Marketing & Communication Manager.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters' communication team, digital team, commercial team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors.

    • Logistics :

  • Primary workplace : Germany.
  • Travel to the headquarters in Italy 1-2 times per month.
  • Attend key industry events like Esxence in Milan and TFWA Cannes.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate event and travel schedules.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary commensurate with experience.
